Shipping policy

We operate out of Buffalo, NY and ship to all fifty states via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. We do our best to provide the most accurate rates; however, we reserve the right to change your selected service to another comparable provider at our discretion. This is to provide you the best rate and to avoid any additional surcharges.

If a shipping option is not available for your country, please contact us for availability and shipping rates. All duties and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

We provide a drop-off service in Erie and Niagara counties. We may provide this service to addresses in WNY at our discretion. Contact us for availability.
